New counter measures against spammers

Well since lately we get "Hit and run" spammers pretty much every day I had to implement some more counter measures.
So from now on newly registered users CAN NOT post links. It sucks I know but lately I had to delete spam on a daily base.
If you feel you need to post urls and your account is not enabled for posting urls yet then drop me a PM.
