Whats your favorite DOS Palmtop?

So hard to decide, but i would say mine is the Instant tech PTP-20 as it is pretty small and thin, supports PCMCIA 2, it's fast and has a good BIOS (Inverted screen ftw!). So which one do you prefer and why?
